Good Practices

 

As the problem of violence and harassment at work has received considerable attention only recently, the question of practical and effective solutions has arisen more frequently.

Currently, numerous guidelines and other guidance materials are developed and published by various stakeholders and institutions. Any evaluation of these recommendations, their implementation and impact, is, however, lacking.

The identification and description of good practices is an important instrument to provide practitioners with concrete ideas and information about what is feasible, creating a body of knowledge about the lessons learnt.
