Antimobbing Measures at Workplace
Project Description
The study was carried out by the Valencian Society of Medicine and Security in the Workplace and analysed the organisational characteristics and the psychosocial risks of different services. The aim was to provide companies and organisations with guidelines for combating mobbing at workplace and identifying the occupational psychosocial factors associated with these behaviors, also reducing its prevalence and incidence. The study has been conducted over three years. After the first year, the centers were surveyed to ensure the guidelines' implementation. the last evaluation, conducted afther the third year, showed tha changes in the organisational variables have favored the disappearance of mobbing cases.
Moreover, in the centres that did not follow the guidelines new cases of mobbing were found and the existing ones had worsened.
