Mobbing at Workplace among Bank Workers

Project Description

The Slovenian Banking Union (SBS) developed a research on the phenomenon of mobbing at workplace in order to investigate about its occurrence in the banking sector. Moreover, it encouraged employers in finding and defining specific measures to prevent sexual and other forms of harassment or mobbing. The aim of the project was to create a working environment respecting the dignity of each individual.

Target Groups

Trade Unions, banks.

Sustainability

The research findings were published in a comprehensive text, also containing the description of single cases, the legal references and some guidelines for victims and employers. The research will be repeated periodically.
