Mobbing at Workplace
Project Description
The "Clinical Institute for Medicine of Work, Transport and Sport" formed an interdisciplinary working group with experts, institutions' representatives, NGOs and victims, with the purpose of preparing the Slovenian Programme for Prevention and Control of Psychological Violence at Workplace.
The Project main aims were:
- creating a common definition for the phenomenon of mobbing at workplace;
- carrying out a research at national level;
- disseminating the information materials among professionals;
- designing the module in the frame of the Programme for the Promotion of Health and Safety at Workplace;
- building-up an organisation for the support of victims of violence at workplace.
